Basque Picnic in Rhode Island

Rhode Island Basque Club moved its 2011 picnic to last Saturday, due to the arrival of hurricane Irene on Sunday. The Picnic included a wood-chopping exhibition by Juanmari Aramendi, a paella luncheon (cooked by Fermin Elexpuru and Ismael Biurrun) and a concert by the Basque musician Urko Menaia.
