Michael Anthony Espinal (1963 - 2016)

Michael Anthony Espinal, beloved husband and father passed away on September 22, 2016 from a brief but fierce battle with Pancreatic cancer. Michael was born in 1963, the cherished son of Tony and Amelia (Dolly) Espinal.

Michael is survived by his beloved wife, Carmen (Letty) and his precious sons, Michael Alberto & Marco Antonio, who have been his constant support. His sisters, Marisa and Gina (Mike) & niece, Danielle. His Aunt Elizabeth (Zia Betty) Cirelli. His Brother-in-laws, Fernando (Patty), Luis (Estela), Enrique (Patty), Sister-in-laws, Adriana (Miguel) & Lorena. Many Cousins in the San Francisco Bay Area, Spain, Italy & Mexico. Also, his best friend Gerard Fontana, who was like a brother to him. 

Michael loved life; from skiing in his favorite place, Lake Tahoe, hot tubbing with his sons, to traveling through Europe and Mexico with his family & friends. He never let anything slow him down; not his vision nor his physical limitations. 

He will be remembered by many who helped him celebrate his culture at both the Union Española de California and the Basque Cultural Center, where he was a founding member.

Rosary and Mass will be held on September 30, 2016 at St. Mary's Church, 350 Stinson Ave. Vacaville, CA. Rosary at 1 pm, Mass at 2:00 pm, reception to follow in the Parish Hall.
