Río Colorado, Argentina. They are to be congratulated in Rio Colorado.  The Ibaiko Euskaldunak Basque Club in the province of Rio Negro re-inaugurated the “Anaitasuna” Plaza incorporating the name Silvia Prat in honor of the person who supported its construction.  During its re-inauguration, club members planted an oak tree and unveiled a new plaque that marks this as a green space.  After the event, they also renamed the club Ruben Kepa Etulain to remember one of the club’s founders as well as its first president.

The celebration also celebrated the Argentine patriotic day of July 9th.  Dancers from clubs in Viedma-Patagones, Bahia Blanca and the local dancers brought the colors of Euskal Herria to the festivities.  The Aberri Etxea Basque Choir from Viedma-Patagones also performed.  The day concluded with lunch for delegates present.
