Donostia-San Sebastian.  The Etxepare Basque Institute opened the second round of grants on July 16 for aid for the diffusion of the Basque culture outside the Basque Country.  These grants are aimed for activities such as the plastic and visual arts, music, performing arts and literature. 

Full details are available in the Official Bulletin of the Basque Country, here. The deadline for applications is September 14.  Eligible activities include those that have already taken place this year, or upcoming events that will take place before the end of 2012.
