Yesterday, during the North American Basque Organizations (NABO) Annual Convention in Boise the Bizi Emankorra Awards were presented.  The Bizi Emankorra award, equivalent to a lifetime achievement award, recognizes significant contributions to the promotion and dissemination of Basque heritage at the NABO level.  Joseba Etxarri, director of EuskalKultura.com was one of the award recipients along with Izaskun Kortazar, Benan Oregi and John Ysursa.  Zorionak to them all!
