London, England.  The London Basque Society – Euskal Elkartea finished its year with a number of activities, all of them well attended and full of enthusiasm, and excitement.  Just as the Christmas dinner on December 17th where center members and friends got together at the Hagerston Community Center in Hackney to share a meal.  The dinner was preceded by a warm-up, a cocktail enlivened by the music and good humor of a group of trikitilaris from Algorta.  The meal also included a stellar appearance by the Olentzero and Mari Domingi, who passed out gifts to the kids.

Another very successful event was the concert by Mikel Urdangarin on December 10th, at the clubhouse, Oxford House.  The London Basque Society has published three songs from this event; here is one of them.

Finally, even though the entity organized more activities, we will conclude this audiovisual report with images of the International Day of Euskera in London that was celebrated with a “mintzaptraktika” at Richmond Park and everybody had a great time at the Basque club.
