Mindful Cuisine Kitchen is a private initiative in Park City that offers courses, demonstrations and dinners related to world gastronomy and different types of cuisines. Remember that Park City is a town in Utah that has a rich Basque background and history and a past of ostatuak or Basque hotels particularly in its mining years.
The current proposal (there have been previous Basque style suisine ones) is for Friday, December 22 at 6:00pm.
It is a "Basque Country food and wine pairing," at the price of 80 dollars.
